How to prepare and what to bring: Be timely, allowing a few extra moments use restroom if needed before your session begins. Be sure to bring your filled out intake form. A clean body and clean feet are essential....and breathe, knowing this time is for you to settle into you.  Our skin is the largest sensory organ that is the interface of both our inner and outer worlds.
